About the Author

Twenty years ago, Deborah Casey found herself bedridden and given no hope of recovery from the medical doctors she saw. Fortunately, she chose not to believe them and was led on an adventure of healing using Nature's Sunshine Products, making changes in her lifestyle choices and behavior. She then rose like the Phoenix from the ashes of illness to a full healing.

Fascinated with natural medicine, Deborah dedicated many years to studying natural medicine, spiritual techniques, and how what you eat can affect your health. Deborah is a naturopathic life coach and educator. She offers private phone consultations and speaks on "Eating Healthy and LOVING it" throughout the United States.

Many of Deborah's clients were allergic to dairy and/or wheat and had no clue how to cook tasty meals without them. After much prompting from her clients, friends and family, Deborah wrote "Recipes From Heaven" as a helpful guide full of fabulous, easy recipes and important life-changing information.
